Terms of service.

1. Who we are

Bettrlabs is an R&D-as-a-service platform operated from India. "We", "our", and "Bettrlabs" in this document mean Bettrlabs Technologies Pvt. Ltd.; "you" means the registered account holder who accepts these terms.

2. What you get

When you create a Bettrlabs account you get access to the modules in your plan — Research, Build, Products, and (when available) Marketplace — plus any Lab Units included in that plan. Build Pack deliverables are described on the pricing page and include a formulation brief, FSSAI clearance letter, spec sheet, COGS model, shelf-life protocol, and a verified lab shortlist.

3. IP ownership

Every formulation, spec, and COGS model we build for your brand belongs to your brand. Bettrlabs retains the right to keep anonymised learnings from the system (never your brand identity, never your formulas in identifiable form) to improve the platform for everyone.

4. Payment, billing, and cancellation

Subscription plans auto-renew monthly or annually. You can cancel any time from the dashboard; annual plans pro-rate on cancellation. Build Pack is a one-time payment. All prices on pricing.html are in INR and exclude applicable GST.

5. Lab Marketplace (when live)

The Lab Marketplace is currently in private beta. Lab partners listed there are verified by Bettrlabs through site visit, regulatory filing review, and reference pilot. Bettrlabs is not a party to any contract you sign directly with a lab partner.

6. Disclaimers

Bettrlabs outputs (regulatory traffic lights, COGS models, shelf-life projections) are built on the information you supply and the best models available at the time. They inform your decisions — they do not replace the final sign-off of a notified FSSAI officer, chartered accountant, or lab that physically manufactures your product.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to the address on file at least 14 days before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent change.
