Can Bettrlabs work with enterprise data?
Yes. Enterprise deployments include scoped onboarding for existing brand data, recipe libraries, supplier records, and compliance dossiers. Brand data, recipes, and IP remain the brand's property and are exportable as JSON / MCP at any time.
Can Bettrlabs connect with ERP or internal files?
Yes. The Connectors layer pulls product data from Shopify, Google Drive, ChatGPT (MCP), CSV/Excel, and internal data sources. Push-out connectors deliver print files, listing copy, compliance dossiers, and versioned exports back into the team's existing tools. Custom integrations are scoped during enterprise onboarding.
Can Bettrlabs support multiple teams?
Yes. Enterprise plans include multi-seat workspaces with role-based access for R&D, marketing, ops, and compliance teams. Brand Memory is shared across teams; Product Passports are versioned per SKU; approvals are auditable.
Can Bettrlabs help with Product Passports?
Yes. Every SKU gets a living Product Passport — recipe version, FSSAI / FDA status, labels and claims, COGS at production volumes, supplier list, carbon footprint, and live market signals. Enterprise deployments are scoped to EU Digital Product Passport (DPP) readiness where relevant.
Can Bettrlabs support international launch readiness?
Bettrlabs supports up to 14 compliance markets including FSSAI (India), USFDA (US), FSA (UK), FSANZ (Australia/New Zealand), and EU DPP. Claims and labels are flagged against current regulatory language for each target market. Bettrlabs helps check and prepares review-ready dossiers — brands remain responsible for final regulatory filings.
How are physical experiments billed for enterprise?
Physical lab work, prototypes, sampling, stability testing, and manufacturing coordination are scoped and billed in Lab Units after the brand approves the scope. Enterprise contracts include pooled Lab Units across brands at the lowest tier rate. Talk to us for a custom Lab Units quote.
